Ssd underperforming, only 186mb/s read speed!

So i just noticed that my kingston ssd is very slow. Im using a sata III 6,0Gb/s port and a sata III 6,0Gb/s cable and its set to ahci. So my crystaldiskmark score was only read 186,4 mb/s and write 92,39 mb/s!!! and kingston rates it as 450mb/s read and 450mb/s write???? Hello.

Try updating the SSD's firmware. I found the site.

Do this with caution though.

120GB — 180MB/s Read and 133MB/s Write
you have too look at the one for the ssd size. your 120gb look right
