Question SSD uniniatilized after restarting pc

I bought this SSD about 2 months ago and only kept games on it. Yesterday all of a sudden disk usage jumped to 100% and sat there even tho nothing was loading and read and write speeds were at 0. I tried restarting my pc a couple of times and cheking all the cables, and after a a couple of restarts the SSD disappeared from file explorer but it still was in device manager. When i opened Disk Manager it told me that the SSD was uninitialized, so i initialized it, formatted it and downloaded all my games back. Everything worked fine for a couple of hours and then the same thing happened again, usage at 100%, i restart my computer and boom SSD is uninitialized
