SSD upgrade in a laptop

I might be upgrading my laptops ssd and ws wondering if you are able to tranfer windows 10 from the old ssd to the new ssd without uninstalling and reinstalling windows. I want to keep all my files.

Assuming the new SSD is larger than the consumed space on the old drive, probably.
But just Windows...everything.

What drives are these?
Does the laptop have connections for the two drives at the same time?
What OS is this?

I only have 1 m.2 slot in my laptop and no internal hard drives, but I do have an external hard drive with 250gb. It’s windows 10
