ssd upgrade question

I have a Lenovo legion y520 laptop. my current storage config is one wd black m.2 256gb pci-e nvme drive, and one 2.5" 512gb ssd drive. my question is, should I upgrade the m.2 ssd to 512gb, that is the max size my laptop supports. or is it a waste of money?

If you need more space, then it's not a waste of money. If you don't need more space, it is.
