my main reasons to use pc is using editing programs like after effects
would it make a difference getting regular ssd over the expensive m.2 ? (i can afford both)
i know it doesn't make much difference in gaming but if it does when it comes to after effects i would definitely go for the expensive ssd
my board is b560m arous pro

I just finished a test of rendering speed, with PCIe 4.0, PCIe 3.0, and SATA III SSD.
Corel VideoStudio and Adobe Lightroom.

Which, if any, is faster regarding rending various videos and photos?

Result?
No difference at all. None.

Now...a faster drive may help in other areas, but as far as the outputting?
None at all.
