Question SSD with built in heatsink on a motherboard with a huge SSD heatsink?

So I'm building a new PC and wonder about one thing. I chose WD Black SN850 1TB with a built in heatsink that is strategically placed by the manufacturer for the maximum performance which is better than using 3rd parties. The Asus Hero motherboard I chose has a heatsink for the SSD which makes me wonder what to do. Do I put WD Black in and place the motherboard heatsink on top of that? Would it actually fit? Do I ditch the mboard heatsink (kind of a waste) or should I just get a regular WD Black and settle for the heatsink that comes with a board?

I'd probably do what was simplest at first and then observe temps.

One may interfere with the other?

You may find that you don't need a heatsink at all. Depends on how you use the drive.

You may or may not be highly fearful of temps. The critical temp for the drive should be in the WD spec sheet. I have an Intel whose critical temp limit is in the low 80s.

I don't use a heatsink and temps are usually in the 40s, rarely above 60, and the all time high is 73...all of this in a 27 C room.

You're not going to be able to accurately judge temps or the best practice until you actually build it.

Me?? I'd buy the WD without a heatsink and then buy a separate heatsink later if needed.

The motherboard heatsink is not going to fit on the SSD with the built in heatsink on it so they would only one option not use the motherboard heatsink.
