SSD with HHD or another SSD

Hi

I am busy deciding between a SSD or to get a HHD to install apps and games

i already run from a SSD (windows) and my games prob total to 450gbs of installed space (HDD) as i uninstall and install new games

If i got an SSD i would prob go for +-250gbs and install only the long loading time games like BF4
if i went hybrid id get 1tb and install all

prob is SSD is more expensive and smaller

What im asking is will the SSD out perform the HHD so much that its worth getting the SSD rather and only install some things on it or get the HHD and install everything on it

I'd use another SSD - lot quicker load times than SSHD
