Ssd won't boot

hello,

as you can see i got only 110Gb free and my samsung is 500Gb and 300 in uncolacted and i extend the size of my samsung and get it like this

so now How i can delete my drive C and make my drive A which is the samsung my primary for booting and everything so i can format my old ssd ,

It looks very strange Your disks partition table in the the Disk management.
First of all, the hidden 100MB boot partition must be First partition on the Boot drive, otherwise you must have the drive with this 100MB hidden boot partition as first Boot priority in your Bios setup, regardless on which drive you have windows installed on.

Perhaps you should redo this and using the Samsung Magican S/W to properly clone the old drive to the new one.

oh man you don't know this is awful i think i will go to someone and he do me all this crap i hate someone do simple thing i really hate it but i think it not simple any more i redo cloning maybe 5 times and wait all the time i changed the order in bios nothing is working for me
