Ssd won't install windows

Iv been running windows 10 on my Pc for a wile now got a better ssd and it's not wanting to install for some reason keep getting "windows could not prepare the computer to boot" I don't get why the 850 evo won't work when the 850 pro, pny and Samsungs cheep one works only the evo won't install any ideas

Found the problem after an hour of playing around I find out what's up after I post... what was going on is I check and removed all USB and sd cards. But I had a super mini one in the back I didn't see since it doesn't really stick out.
