Hello pro brothers,
I bought a new cpu last Friday and it has 1TB x 2 = 2 TB WD Blue HDD's. And an intel SSD(120GB). Now, I installed windows on my HDD with 300gb space as I need that kind of space for myself. And installed my core softwares like Maya,Zbrush and premiere pro on SSD to start fast and work fast. But,it looks like those software opens up at the same speed which I got with my 1TB WD blue HDD as one of them are from previous pc. So,whats the benefit of SSD? Help please.
Thank you.

You should install your OS (windows) on the sdd and use the HDD for storage like music and files where you dont need speed. Install windows and your programs (maya, zbrush, etc) on the ssd!
