Right now i'm just using a hdd.
Thinking about getting a ssd the only problem i have with it is that you have to re-install everything.

So all programs like steam, origin, monitoring programs, games,Office have to be re-installed? As well as Windows ofcourse.

So what is your question is you sould buy a SSD or if/how you can instal windows and the other programs.

No just wanted confirmation that one has to re-install everything and loses all custom settings.
To big of a pain for me.
How is that 32 gb ssd cache drive from sandisk?
Not as fast as a normal ssd i know, but still boosts the system without needing to re-install

You can just mirror this disk to a SSD so then you wouldn't lose any settings

I'm sorry but what do you mean with 'mirror'?
If I install a cache ssd you won't lose anything regardless..?

Mirroring is making a copy of your C disk so you can replace your C disk
You could but you won't get close to the preformance of an 'real' SSD

Could this be the answer?
Is this a kit that makes it pssible to clone your hhd before you install the ssd?
So like, hooking the ssd up through usb and copy the hhd, than shutting the pc off and connect the ssd.
And then after powering on everything is like it was before only with ssd's speed?
