I have a crucial ssd 240gb, the speed of reading and writing is 10MB, and the disk usage is 100

In order to solve the problem, I have to remove the sata cable and put it again, so that the speed can return to 450 megabytes again.

And this problem is repeated a lot

What is the solution?

Note: the ssd connector is in the 3 sata port

Thank you
