Hi, I have assembled pc without anti static strap
on the floor of my room,
by touching components with bare hand without glosses and anything
so what do now
shall i reassemble?....

Those wrist straps mostly just supply a placebo affect.

Why in the world would you reassemble your computer?

If it's working, then great; leave it be.

If it's not working, then you need to tell us what the problem is. If it were caused by static discharge, it's very very unlikely that rebuilding the computer would help in any way, shape, or form... but it's also very likely that the problem is something easily fixable. (You just have to tell us first.)

I have assembled 3 pcs in my lifetime with my bare hands on a plastic table and all of them worked perfectly fine. I'm sure others around here have assembled many more using only their bare hands. Just try not to rub the components on the floor and don't exert too much pressure while installing.
