SSHD running 100% usage constantly (suddenly)

So i just tested my RAM overnight using Memtest. I restart the computer this morning and i notice it running really really slow. I check task manager and everythings fine other than my hard drive is running 100% constantly. No dips just a complete straight line. What can be causing this? :/

Benc12, you may want to test the drive with Seatools. Could be the drive giving these symptoms.
