SSHD sequential speed dropped drastically after cloning.

I cloned my SSHD a few days ago and before cloning I was getting these speeds:

However after cloning I had these

I'm not sure why sequential speed could have dropped from 113mb/s -> 47mb/s and yes I repeated the second tests and the best it could achieve was 55mb/s. I still have 1.2TB left on the drive as well. I can't hear any ticks or any issues with the drive. Any ideas? Thanks.

EDIT: Real world tests still seem okay though (games loading faster, windows booting faster etc)

It's really two drives so that test is not going to be consistent. I wouldn't test it frequently, let the cache software optimize your actual workload.
Was the first test with a blank drive? With tests like that it's hard to say if it's one or the other drive. If it was blank at first it was probably all cache. Just keep using it normally and the cache will optimize. If it feels too slow after that then you may just want a ssd drive + hdd storage.

This drive confuses the living hell out of me, I defragged it by 1% and now its gone up to 170mb/s. Also yes first test was indeed empty.
