Any noticeable performance difference between a st1000dm003 and a wd10ezex? Thought about replacing placing my wd10ezex with a st1000dm003 that was a freebie. wd10ezex cureently has a power on hours of 32,000 while the st1000dm003 has a power on hours of 200.

IMO Not enough that you would likely see or feel and difference. But usually I have more faith in Seagate over WD.
Personally I would stick with what you have, and just have the other one as an additional drive, or backup in case the current one starts failing.

This gives a bit of insight based on benchmarks, but these benchmarks are rarely reflective of what you actually get in reality: https://hdd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/WD-Blue-1TB-2012-vs-Seagate-Barracuda-1TB-2016/1779vs3896
