st1000lm024 hadd not appear in BIOS. what to do.

its a samsung HDD and its segate manufacturing it, the HDD not detecting in BIOS. what is the solution for it plz help me out irs very important to get the data.

no, the HDD plates will spin but no detection in BIOS. plz guid me..

yes data cable and power r new one and i cross check the cables with other HDD for confirmation.

Then I suggest you test the drive with a boot CD containing SeaTools for DOS, the CD image and instructions are here: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

If you have problems with mouse or keyboard input not working in SeaTools (a known issue), use Drive Fitness Test instead, CD Image is here: http://www.hgst.com/support/hard-drive-support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT

i try the above solution but the HDD is not detecting in that SEGATE TEST TOOL.
any more suggestion please....!
