"my" local gameshop already pre-ordered one for me. for the past couple
of weeks i've been going by about twice a week to ask when the release
date is, so they took the liberty to write one down for me.

I pre ordered mine from Amazon, got free delivery too, so think will be best
starting price for when it comes.

Yowl with me. I met my Waterloo this afternoon. Even with new graphics board
and 8X chugging away. My lovely GWR closed-down station come outdoor
resteraunt, slowed down to a series of stuttering jerks.
Going into camera mode to take decent photos with walls up amd
aniti-aliasing turned only the first notch only was ghastly. Hit move key...
wait. hit key...wait...

I removed all the rose-arbour trelliss surrounds to the seating area and
relaced with a green picket fence. I chopped down trees and grubbed up
shrubs and left minimum eyecandy. Also left iron footbridge. HAD to keep
iron footbridge. Cut down on outside lights for speedier pixel plotting
after dark

No good. It is S-L-O-W. Whaaaa-haaaaa. <bang head on wall>

You know what tickles me? The 'recommendations for your next visit.' They
seem to think I will be interested in some box-office hit list. In
'Singles, Flirt up your Life'. The Sims strategy Guide - at least that makes
sense and.. Oooer.
Chlidren of the Nile! I have looked at that and drawn away, scared.
And they keep telling me about LINUX offers.

I now see 'The Movies' is a Sim game. Not for me, it ain't. Sounds too much
like hard work.
Does anyone know how to get the spelling chicken working in Firefox? Must
visit the site. <sigh>
