Question ST3500418AS not deteted

I have a seagete hard disk that is not detected ST3500418AS
I didnt open the hard disk
Makes a sound like is working fine
But is not detected in windows and by the bios

Check/replace cables, if still nothing, it's dead.

What motherboard?
Do you have any M.2 drives in system? Those may disable some of sata ports.
Also sata ports can be disabled manually in BIOS.
