So I build my 2600k system about 8 months ago and seem to have an ongoing problem. i have DDR3 rated @ 7-8-7-24 1600mhz @ 1.6v. G. Skill. I want to adjust those modules to run at 1600 mhz but only 1.5V.

I was wondering if I loosened the timings if I would be able to do this. Such as make them CAS9 instead of CAS7? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Reason being is my RAM will give random errors in prime and I suspect this may be due ot the fact I am running the modules @ 1.6v.

You can try undervolting it and seeing what happens. I would also run Memtest if you haven't done that yet to make sure there aren't any problems with the actual RAM.
