stability check with prime 95 ?

Hi. I whenever I run tests on prime95 it never runs all cores at full power . Is there a way to configure custom ?. My processor is amd fx 8350 at 4.8 ghz over clocked

You need to run the Small FFT Torture Test to push all the cores to 100% load.

Ok I've looked at some details about motherboards and too much power I've put it down to 4.4 which is just under 140 watts as maximum for the cpu socket on the motherboard but still doesn't seem to want to run at full on any test for prime95 . I don't get it ever one says to use it and say that's where 8 test my overclock yet it doesn't test at full power
