So I have been having stability issues with my PC for over a year now, a lot of BSOD with a million different error codes, as well as games crashing randomly. The BSOD occur both when the PC is under load, but many times they happen when at idle, browsing Chrome or whatever. I don't think It's GPU related, though I am not sure. I also have reinstalled drivers with DDU, didn't change anything. Windows is updated (problems have remained over many updates and versions etc), all drivers I believe are updated. I am suspecting RAM, but I am really not sure. Have run a couple of tests with no errors reported, though i didn't leave the tests running for hours and hours as they recommend i do. I would love someone more experienced to give his opinion on all this.
Apps that are basically always running on my computer are Steam, Origin, Powerchute (APC UPS Utility), MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner, Discord, Wallpaper Engine and Windows Defender. Crashes have still occurred with Afterburner not running, same with Wallpaper Engine.
Specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600, not overclocked
RTX 2060 Super, not overclocked
Gigabyte X570 Gaming X rev. 1, on latest BIOS (F36c)
Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2D3000C16, XPM Enabled (no improvement when turning it off)
CoolerMaster MasterWatt 650W, 80 Plus Bronze
That's about it.
I can provide any more info anyone needs.
