[SOLVED] stable 9700k 5Ghz OC at 1.37v but jumps to 1.4-1.45v

Just OC my 9700k to stable 5Ghz @ 1.37v with around 70c under load. However when i open HWMonitor, i see it jump up to 1.4-1.45v every few seconds. Is there a way to stop this? I have a GB z390 elite

That's caused by whatever your Load Line Calibration setting is.
