My system is:

CPU - Ryzen 3 1200 (Stock)
MOBO - MSI B350M Bazooka
PSU - EVGA 500w 80+ Bronze
GPU - Galax GTX 1060 6gb EXOC
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws V 16gb(2x8gb) 3200mhz (This one is currently running at 2133mhz, i dont know why)
CPU FAN - Stock AMD Wraith Cooler

At first i tried the XMP Profile for the RAM to get the 3200mhz and it wont boot. So i updated my bios and luckily after updating i managed to turn on the XMP profile and run the RAM at 3200mhz but when i'm playing games i'm getting BSOD (win32kbase and ndu.sys) so I reverted back to 2133mhz and got no problem at all. I'm really new to overclocking and there's a feature on the in msi bios called Game Boost which adds 200 to the base frequency of the CPU. I know you get questions like these all the time but can i ask for a stable overclock of my CPU so that i can utilize my 3200mhz RAM? i bought it cheap from a friend thats why i didn't hesitate to buy it. I haven't tried turning on the Game Boost in fear of being new to overclocking as well as building a pc.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Getting RAM to run at 3200 is tough across Ryzen in general. Basically you need to find a speed for your RAM that your motherboard is comfortable.

So:

1) Set the XMP to auto so it sets to default (no need to leave the BIOS yet)
2) Set the XMP profile back on and it will set to 3200. Then go to the RAM speed box and manually tune that back to 2933
3) Save changes, exit, reboot & test. If its stable, great. If you're having the same issue, start again at step one and at step 2 manually set to 2800 and repeat, and so on.

You might not get stable until 2666, FYI. Or you might get lucky & be good at 2933.

Do i need to overclock my CPU to be on par with the RAM if i do this? or maybe turn on MSI Game Boost?

No, you do not need to OC your CPU also. That's kind of a whole 'nother conversation.

You could OC your CPU, I certainly would, but number one is to ensure you have good enough cooling to do so. If you're using the Wraith cooler it will limit how far you can go with CPU OC. If you want to do a very simple OC that may be OK and will give you a little boost in performance, just set the CPU multiplier to 3400. Install an application like "core temp" which will show you your CPU temps in Windows. Then download "Prime 95", launch Prime and run a stress test. Select "max temps" option. Let it run for 30 minutes and see what your max CPU temp is in core temp (and of course if you blue screen or not...). As long as your temps never go higher than 79c then you're good.

You may be able to get that CPU to 3900 (3.9GHz) by applying additional core voltage but you'll definitely want an aftermarket CPU cooler.
