hi
i have a msi 760gma p34fx mobo and it has no vrm heatsink so it is not recommend to overclock on it but i put the stock cpu cooler fan on top of them to cool them.and i thinks my mobo has a 4+1 or 3+1 power phase
i bought a hyper tx3 cooler today and installed it and overclocked the cpu to 3.9ghz.
it was stable so bumped it up to 4.2ghz. that is where the problem started. it didnt boot into windows and rebooted so i took it down to 4.1ghz. it booted into windows but when i started to stress test it i got a blue screen. please tell me if that is all my mobo will take my cpu or i just have a bad cpu
here is a picture of my temps and all that after i was finished with the 3.9ghz for 2hrs. i think i have enough head room to overclock it more. btw the cpu temps were from 45-46c and the tmpin 1(the vrm temp i think) was close to 59C

Your 12V rail is showing extremely low voltages (though I suspect that reading may not be 100% correct, check BIOS reading to confirm) but if so, your PSU is not keeping up. Getting a new/better/larger PSU though will probably only reveal that the mobo will not be able to manage the temps with the clocks you're trying to reach to (but it will be more stable at whatever clock you can get to without thermal issues).

You already know that the mobo is not built for overclocking, but if you're still going to experiment (which is always fun:) ) you may try putting some small heat-sinks with thermal pads on the MOSFETs....it will help make your fan setup more efficient.
