Question STANDARD AMD R9 290

Hi

I have looked around everywhere in the web and have yet to find an answer.

I am looking to get an AMD R9 290 standard GPU and want to know if it has support for a Legacy only Motherboard.

I have seen that the MSI versions have a hybrid Bios switch to go between UEFI and Legacy mode, but want to know if the standard one does aswell or does this version just do the Uber and standard mode.

The stock R9 290 BIOS switch was for "Quiet" and "Uber" modes. Mainly fan and clock profiles.

I don't see why it would not load on a legacy BIOS vs UEFI as I used plenty of them on legacy setups when building systems. UEFI was still newer then.
