Standoff For NZXT Noctis 450

My motherboard is ATX with 9 holes, my NZXT Noctis has 9 holes as well. The center standoff doesn't look like the rest. Is this going to damage my motherboard when I install it? I took photos of the different standoffs.

some case vendor install an alienent standoff. it be the top center standoff to line the mb up inside the case.

Thanks for your response. So i should screw all the other 8 screws and just leave that one, and it won't damage my board. Thanks.
