My motherboard is Asus prime b350 plus and case is Corsair 460x. I have installed the motherboard inside the case, but there are 3 additional standoffs touching the right side of the motherboard. Here's a picture:

Since the standoffs are bolted in the case, I'm not sure what to do now. Please suggest your ideas.

If motherboard has no corresponding holes for those stand-offs, then you have to remove them.

If support is still necessary, you can use plastic stand-offs instead of metal ones.

Standoffs with no matching screw holes on the motherboard may eventually wear their way through the silkscreen and solder mask, ending up shorting something to ground. Sometimes, boards may have components or exposed pads in those areas and you get an immediate short. There posts on the forum just about every week about people having no-POST issues on a new build where the issue turns out to be misplaced spacers.

Unscrew them using the appropriate size wrench or socket?

Most cases ship with no standoffs installed or only the most standard ones along the rear IO. I don't think I've ever seen a case where standoffs aren't removable.
