i5-4670k (4.5GHz)
EVGA's 760 GTX SC Edition (Oc'd +145/+550).
Recently upgraded my rig to play games that are out right now. However, I recently discovered Star Citizen and made my pledge and have walked in the hanger. It handles the hanger very well on highest settings but I still feel once those doors open into the alpha and beta world, things are going to become much more demanding. I also assume the game will undergo some more optimization prior to launch but this is all speculatively speaking.
I play on one display (1920x1080). I'm assuming the best thing to do would be to sell the 760gtx in maybe a year and upgrade to a more powerful single card as opposed to getting another 760gtx for a good price. Can anyone think of a counter-argument and think I should keep my 760 and buy another?
I'm sure I've answered my own question but it's nice to hear some comments for reassurance.
