Question star citizen low performance help

I just started playing star citizen and noticed my perforamnce was horrible.
I am playing in 1080. My fps vary from 40 to 10 at large cities, mainly 20-30
In space it usually is 30 but chops to like 15.
My in game settings are on medium with high textures. I guess i can lower it but many said it makes little difference.
My parts are
-AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6 core
-ASRock B450M/ac mobo
-16gb of dual channel mem 8(2)
DDr4-2132 (1066mhz) G skill
-AMD Radeon RX 5700XT
-ADATA SX8100NP SSD

I want to run this game smoothly with at least 30fps bu prefer 40+
What do i need to do in order to get better results, thanks.

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
brand and model of the psu?
that some slow ddr4 ram
