Starcraft video problem -

I installed windows xp(upgraded from 2000) last week and now sc is having strange color problems. If I spend more than a few minutes in a channel, all the colors get inverted. Also, in game,the screen flashes and then any water in the map looks flat(hard to explain, but it looks 2d instead of sudo 3d).

Please help me, this problem is ruining starcraft for me. I've tried running it in 'compatibilty mode' and setting it 256 colors manually but no avail. Re-installing doesn't help either. I have a radeon 9000pro and a samsung '172t' 17" LCD monitor.

You didn't mention it, but did you update your ATI drivers?
