Quest Text: The wizard wants you to descend into the mines and fetch him a Void Essence. He needs it for some kind of dark magic.

Stardew Valley is indeed a fun simulation game with a lot of challenges. The game involves an increasing number of quests which involve a certain task to be accomplished. At the successful completion of each quest, the player is rewarded that increase their rating and open new quests. In order to continue your journey into the game, you will have to roam around the town and meet a large number of people. You are supposed to take this much trouble so you can ultimately find the right person that holds the object that you need to finish your quest. Understandably, many people do not have this much of patience neither do they have time or energy to do this. Lucky for them, there are brief user manuals that help them pass through this difficult phase.
This is a step by step guide for the users who need to successfully solve ‘a dark reagent’ quest.
Walkthrough
The quest opens up when you will reach the 12th winter. Like normal quests, you will get a mail opening which will start the quest. In the email you will find a message from a character called the wizard petitioner. He will be asking you to provide him an essence.
Further steps are as follow
1. The character, Wizard petitioner, requires you to bring him a thing called void essence. Now the good news is that these are not hard to find. In fact, void essences are relatively common objects that can be found easily. They’re dropped by beings that lay very deep down the mines. You may have to step as deep as level 80 or even lower to get the void essence.
2. Void essences are dropped by creatures called void spirits. These spirits are of two kinds: one that are dark, big, and have heads resembling onions. And the other kind are relatively smaller, and chubby creatures with tribal masks on them. To earn a void essence, you will have to kill either one of them.
3. Once you have killed a void spirit, you will be likely in possession of a void essence that you can take to the wizard.
Having acquired the void essence, you should bring it to the Wizard who had asked you to bring it to him. The wizard lives in the wizard’s tower located in the far southwest of Stardew valley. He is there pretty much for all day.
Once you deliver the void essence, he’ll give you a 1,000 gold, that you will find in the quest’s journal entry. This information should be enough for you to successfully trigger this quest and also to complete in within minutes.
