Starforce driver prevent startup

I recently haven't been able to boot my windows 7. I get sfsync02.sys error everytime. Do you guys know of any bootable software able to remove that driver before startup? I tried parangon safety suite 9 but it would not recognize my HDD .

Sorry, I found a workaround, press f8 at boot and authorizer unsigned driver

tried this but windows 7 doesnt have that one least i dont see it
