Hello--
After transporting the maverick I'm working on downstairs tonight, my
brother decided to play a few games of Stargate before he left. On the
last game though, when he got to the end the game was no longer in free
play. I believe I read before about this problem on another gottlieb,
but I can't find it. In any case, does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm guessing it's a broken wire somewhere thats the issue. Thanks

You have to put system 3 games in tournament mode to get free play.

I figured it out, one of the wires to the kicker target had broken
loose, causing the tournament switch not to work (as strange as that
sounds). Evidently, they're related somehow. Resoldered, and now I'm
back to freeplay.

Thanks for replying with your fix. This is crucial to future google
searches for the same problem

I actually posted to rgp about this a few months ago, google "stargate
tournament" and this thread should pop right up...sorry you did not
find it sooner.
