Start Menu not working, Clock and Battery indicator gone, Open programs not showing up in taskbar

Help,

In windows 10 my start menu has stopped working. It shows up but does nothing when I click on it. I can also not click on the search box.

My clock and battery indicator are gone from the taskbar as well.

Open Apps do not show up in my taskbar either.

I am working out of town so I can't do a clean install.

Is there a way to fix this?

Yes I have tried restarting a couple of times with no change. I am hoping this is a settings issue and not a virus of some kind. I have been on hotel wifi for a couple of weeks.
