Start menu problem

Hello all!
A friend of mine got a strange problem, that i could not find a solution yet. Start menu tools went to the left side of the screen and the icons disapperared.

Is it possible to back it normal with icons and no left side start menu?

start -> setting -> system -> tablet mode -> use desktop mode
