Start & search button not working!!

I recently wanted to download a ps4 emulator. found a page and downloaded it... i dont know if i've got a virus but my start and search buttons doesn't work. whenever i click on them nothing happens... no startmenu no search menu where i can search for files or ANYTHING! in the task manager i saw a task that is either new or i've never noticed it... Searchui.exe aka cortana. whenever i try to end the task it ends and then about 5 seconds after i here a "windows error sound" or at least the sound that comes when an application asks for administrator. and then i pops back up. and when i'm not trying to end it i randomly hear the sounds again. there is always 2-3 minutes between them. i dont know what to do, i've searched on youtube and google to find a solution. but nothing works... please help...

There were 98 threats. But i wont pay for malware byte, its 31 pounds!

no theres a free version of malwarebytes you dont need the pro one
