Start shutdown loop after installing bew motherboard

Hey guys. i have a big problem. Today i got myself a new mainboard, cpu and memory. i plugged it all in , connected everything and pressed the start button. at first it looked fine and the fans started inmediatley. but nothing appeared on the screen and then after sonethinglike 15 seconds it shut down and started again immediatley. then the same over and over again. any clues why? thanks!

cpu:ryzen 5 1600
mb: asrock ab350 pro4
ram: corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz
gpu: 1050 ti
