After installing a new motherboard RAM and graphics card into my PC every time I boot up now it runs through a repair on my hard drive. It only started doing so after installing all the new hardware. Not sure what fix is there are but any suggestions would help. Also today I redid my installation of Windows 10 to help fix an issue where none of my start menu options or taskbar would pop up.

Solution
your windows 10 is tied to your original hardware,so unless you replaced everything with identical specs you shouldnt even be able to activate it.likely you will have to purchase a new licence and do a clean install.
Hi there merlin1320,

Is this an OEM or retail version of Win?

I guess you can start with just testing your drive. You can use some HDD testing tool for DOS mode.(brand specific or third party one)
In case the drive is in a healthy shape, my suggestion would be to contact Microsoft's Support on your OS issue.
