start up repair

Hi

Hoping someone can help me asap.

I turned on my computer 1 week ago and a message popped up saying start up repair then a box came up saying windows cannot repair this computer automatically I called a few places they advised using f8 then safe mode and a few others but after doing that it still came up start up repair I can not get rid off it. And I don't have a disc?

Please help :-(

If you don't have a disk, you need to get one. Nothing you can do without it.
