Starter PC For My Brother

My brother is looking into getting a pre built PC (transitioning from console). I've built mine through pc parts picker but he wants to avoid the building process.

That's a horrible listing that leaves out nearly every important specification.

You should know exact CPU and GPU model for sarters.

Here's a good gaming PC with specs listed (*he would likely want more hard drive space because it has the SSD but no HDD, buying a HDD is rather cheap and easily installable.)
