starting a YouTube channel and need a PC.

This will by first PC I have ever purchased. I'm not sure how advanced or how simple of a computer I need but I do need help. The main factors I need are a PC capable of running Sony Vegas and capable of good video rendering speed. My budget is unknown and any sort of knowledge is helpful. Thank you for your time.
