Starting my new job as a 1st line ICT support techie at a college soon. Nervous!What are the most common bootup error messages

I don't have too many issues when it comes to sorting hardware issues and I'm guessing I'll be able to cope with most software issues as it's usually just basic mistakes made by the end user.

Although the one thing I am worried about is coming across errors whilst booting up the computer (The black screen error messages, blue screen, beeps etc)

What error would I encounter for a corrupt installation of windows 7 and would the only method of repair be a clean install?

Anyone able to link me to a good list of all the most common boot up errors?

Depends what the error is it maybe a bluescreen. And a repair doesnt always fix a bluescreen
