How would I go about on doing a FRESH install of Windows 10 on my PC. Recently my Windows 10 files some how became corrupted amd error 10016 keeps comong up when i play certain games and it ends up crashing, but is completly fine at browsing the web or doing emulators (Dolphin, Project 64, PSX2) But no audio from my other 2 games I play on steam and some how my Valve games and games that run on theor engine works flawless.

I had my PC for a year and 3 months and used the free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 to get a OS on my PC and bought a key for a low price and didnt activete for about a year and 3 months before I started having issues. So i boought a license from Windows Store and it still get error 10016 so i wanna delete the OS and redownload it correctly from a USB from Walmart.

My OS is stored on my Hard drive with no SSD

Assuming your OS was actually activated, you absolutely did not need to purchase a new OS license.
A simple wipe and reinstall on that same hardware would work just fine.

Assuming your USB stick is 8GB or larger, create your own WIN 10 install.
Here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Disconnect any other drives in this system.
Just do a full reinstall.

Read through this a couple of times to get familiar with the process.

Boot from the USB you created, and...
