Looking for help with a possible eyefinity setup. Usually know a lot about computers and things of this nature but ive been out of the building game now for a while. Looking to put an eyefinity ready setup togethor with a couple of tv's possibly. Any recommended video cards/cpu's/motherboards/specs that would work well with eyefinity and give me good performance.

MAKE SURE you get a motherboard that will run your PCI-E lanes at atleast x8x8 or even better X16x16. x16x4 sucks monkey balls. I didn't know much about crossfire and listened to the sales rep with i bought my first motherboard because it was crossfire compatible and the sales guy said it was good. I started with one hd7950 and eventually added another. With x16x4 it barely added any performance. I had to buy a new motherboard to actually take advantage of both cards. Also, realize your main card is gunna get pretty hot. My CPU is liquid cooled, but my pc still pumps out a good amount of heat when playing graphic intense games.

I'm only liquid cooling my CPU. Just using a Corsair H70 closed loop system i bought used off craigslist. lol. Keeps the CPU cool at 4.5ghz. I'd love to liquid cool the gpu's, but i don't want to spend that kind of money.
