So I recently built my new computer, last Friday/Saturday and it has worked fine for the last week apart from yesterday and today. When I start my computer up it powers up like normal for about 1-2 seconds before instantly shutting itself down.

My computer build is as follows:
Mobo- Asus P8 Z77-V LE
CPU - Intel i7-3770k
CPU cooler - Master Evo 212
SSD1 - (OS only) - 32GB OCZ Vertex Series
SSD2 - (daily run games and programmes) Crucial Real SSD 128GB
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200RPM
Ram - 2x8GB Ares G-Skill 1333mhz
PSU - Antec ATX12V 750W

I had originally believed it was my MoBo built in turbo system as when I unplugged everything and then got it working I recieved a message saying OC failed prompted to BIOS where it was all set to auto optimise... I switched these off and piece by piece plugged them in started to see if it worked and did this for everything. It worked after I had switched the auto OC feature... But now it is happening again and with everything button SSD1 plugged in it still won't start up. I thought it may bet PSU but I was lucky enough to have a duplicate lying around and I tried it and still it would work.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

More info on this, I set up min configuration out of case on the spare P8Z68-V LE that I have, with the i7 nd it wouldnt work.

I switched the i7 for my old i5, and it worked. When I put in the second 8GB ram stick it wouldnt work...

I am not sure why this happening, but am I fair to assume that what ever it is has buggered my i7 ?
