I started GTA V in fullscreen and this happened

It did not happen when I was in safe mode but when I started the game in normal mode I started it in fullscreen but loaded the game in windowed mode and the same thing happened but the screens turned different colors than the ones in the picture.

Solution
Did it happen before you upgraded to the latest version? If all other games run fine and only GTA V has an issue, then it should either be the GPU drivers or a GTA V file is corrupted. Another possibility would be that the GTA V resolution exceeds the monitor's capabilities (presuming that's possible with GTA V).

Case NZXT H440W Silent Ultra Heat Gaming Edition
CPU INTEL Core i7-4790K 4,0 GHz LGA1150
CPU Cooling Antec KÜHLER H2O 650
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 – LGA 1150
RAM G.Skill Ripjaws X Performance – DDR3 1866 MHz – 2 x 8GB
PSU Seasonic S12II-620 Bronze 80Plus – 620W
Graphic card Asus Strix GeForce GTX 970 – 4GB GDDR5
SSD Samsung 850 EVO 2.5″ SSD – 250GB
HDD Toshiba Desktop 2TB SATA 3,5″ – 7200RPM

Ok so I literally just did a Furmark stress test (1080p) in windowed and fullscreen. Everything went fine with no problems. I just sat it to 1080p and pressed GPU stress test.

I only ran it for about 2 minutes because when I start GTA V in fullscreen the PC switches colors like in the picture. So It seems that the problem is with the game.
