Startup Loop Problem

I recently chose to go to a previous revision of Windows on my laptop because the new update makes the speakers pop. Only problem is my pc is in a continuous startup loop. How can I fix this? I tried to spam F8 but it gets to a point, says restoring windows, then continues the loop.
