When ever i turn on my computer it gets to the windows logo (the animated swirly one) just as it starts to play a blue screen flashes that is too fast to read and the computer says use the repair tool. I did and it came out saying it couldn't repair it automatically. I have tried last know config and and it didn't work does anyone know why?

There could be a number of reasons why this message can show up, but what i can suggest that might help the issue is,

Turn on your computer and repetitively press F8
When the menu loads choose to boot into "Safe mode with command prompt"
Once that has loaded type in "SFC /Scannow", This should attempt to find and repair any corrupt windows files that could be causing the issue.
After this has completed type in "explorer.exe" to bring up the task bar.
Restart the computer and choose "Start Windows Normally"

If it fails to work do the same method but try typing in "CHKDSK /R"
After this has completed type in "explorer.exe" to bring up the task bar.
Restart the computer and choose "Start Windows Normally"

Hopefully this should help solve the issue, if not just reply to this message!
