Startup repair doesnt repair

Windows startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically. Everytime i restart startup repair runs and then this appears again "Windows startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically." What to do.?

For Vista, if startup repair fails, I would next try a repair installation like THIS, which saves data and programs. Just to be safe I would first boot from the install disk and copy all of your data off the drive.
